PM2.5, PM10, and PM4 Crystalline Silica Emission Factors

We conduct PM2.5, PM10, and PM4 crystalline silica emission factor testing for a broad range of conventional and fugitive dust sources in frac sand and construction sand-producing facilities. Many of our emission factors are published in AP42, Section 11.19.2. Recent PM2.5 emission factors for crushers, screens, and conveyor transfer points are listed on the publications page.

Emission Inventory Preparations

Air Control Techniques, P.C. maintains a comprehensive file of emission factors useful for calculating emissions from fugitive dust sources. We have helped numerous clients prepare detailed, defensible emission factor calculations to support permit applications and modifications. We also provide emission calculations needed as input data to meteorological dispersion models.

Stack Testing

Air Control Techniques, P.C. can measure filterable and total particulate matter emissions from baghouse-controlled sources using Methods 5, 201A, and 202.

Ventilation Systems
