Stack Testing

We conduct numerous types of air emission tests to demonstrate compliance with applicable regulations. We are an AETB in accordance with 40 CFR Part 75. We have the ability (and the patience) to enter testing results into the EPA ERT.

We have developed an innovative means to operate accurate filterable and condensable particulate matter data in large diameter stacks with an extremely narrow annulus.

Stack Testing Quality Assurance Monitoring

We help operators design stack testing programs and conduct both on-site and post-test quality assurance monitoring to ensure accurate and complete emissions data.

Diagnostic Testing

Air Control Techniques, P.C. conducts a variety of diagnostic tests to help plant operators identify and correct problems affecting the performance and/or operating costs of fabric filters, electrostatic precipitators, FGDs, and SCRs.

Fabric Filter Performance Optimization

Air Control Techniques, P.C. conducts detailed internal inspections, prepare recommendations for performance optimization, evaluate bag testing results, and help prepare bag purchase specifications.

Secondary Plume Evaluation

Air Control Techniques, P.C. has compiled a resource file, including specialized diagnostic testing data, to help identify factors contributing to secondary plumes (reactive and condensing).
